好榮幸當天與慕光欖球隊參與了由心靈雞湯舉辦的帆船體驗活動。在這次的帆船活動當中，是我人生第一次嘗試揸船，這不單令我大開眼界，還讓我深深明白到作為船長的責任。

這次「心靈雞湯」舉辦活動的活動一一帆船體驗活動，我好榮幸今次可以參加，而在這次活動當中我認識到基本船海的知識和體驗到開船是要打醒十二分精神去開或是要留意其他船隻等等，也讓我體驗到就船長的重要性。另外，這次活動中同行的是來自不同國家的外國人，我才明白到為什麼要學好英文，因為英文是國際交流的主意語言。 沿途我們也欣賞了維港兩岸的景色 。最高興的是這次活動能夠領悟到更多的事情。

難忘的經歷
It is very fun to drive a sailboat. I act as a good captain when I am the one driving it
It feels greats as it is my first time to try driving sailboat. I feel a little bit nervous, however, from the support of the helpers of Chicken Soap Foundation and appreciate from my teammates, I really happy and I think I am brave enough to get this challenge.

A Wave of hand ^.^
It’s a great experience for me to board a yacht with my rugby teammates and my coach, Fedgo.
Although I got seasick at that moment, it was still an enjoyable voyage. I remembered when the yacht was cruising Kwun Tong, we said hi and waved to the people who were at the seaside. They also waved back to us ,it was fun.
It’s grateful that the benevolet societies gave us a great opportunity to gather with my Rugby team and also to celebrate our result in the Rugby match. I hope I can join this kind of activity again next year.
